Clean, new facilities, comfortable. The lodging includes breakfast and it is an excellent option. The staff is very friendly and the stay is quite accessible. The location is near the airport so if traveling for business it is even better.

I stayed one night at the Urban Inn and everything excellent, from the beginning, I arrived at the Veracruz airport, I spoke to ask if they could pick me up (it was 9:57 PM) and they finished the service at 10:00 PM and they were for me without problem. The room is very comfortable, with services, basic, breakfast is included and it is quite good.
